Return & Refund Policy

At HAYATE, we take pride in delivering high-quality furniture and home lifestyle products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to address any issues fairly and transparently.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The item is received damaged
  • The item has a manufacturing defect
  • The item delivered does not match the confirmed order

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Original packaging must be retained
  • Proof of purchase may be required

Normal wear and tear, minor variations in color, texture, or finish, or differences due to lighting and screen display do not qualify as defects.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Items that have been installed, assembled, or used

5. Refunds

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider

Any delivery or installation services already completed are non-refundable.

6. Cancellations

Order cancellations are subject to order status:

  • Orders already dispatched, scheduled for delivery, or installed are not eligible for cancellation
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded in line with this policy

7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be offered at HAYATE’s discretion, subject to product availability and inspection.

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
