Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery and installation date.


3. Installation

Where applicable, installation is included at no additional cost.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Clear access to the delivery location
  • Adequate space for installation
  • That elevators, entrances, and stairways can accommodate the product dimensions

Any additional handling requirements may result in rescheduling.


4. Delivery Conditions

Please ensure that:

  • Someone is present at the delivery address at the agreed time

HAYATE is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, restricted access, or customer unavailability.


5. Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, or logistical constraints. Such delays do not entitle customers to cancellation or compensation.


6. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are requested to inspect items at the time of delivery. Any visible issues should be reported immediately upon receipt or within the timeframe stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
