Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including logistics, weather, or customer availability. HAYATE is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery partners or force majeure events.

Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access to the delivery location.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for items that do not meet our quality standards or arrive damaged.

  • Any issues must be reported within the timeframe stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Custom-made, clearance, or final-sale items are non-returnable unless defective.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
